Payment by bank cards is carried out through Alfa-Bank CJSC.
Cards of international payment systems VISA, MasterCard, BELKART payment system, and MIR payment system are accepted for payment. Payment can also be made through Apple Pay and Samsung Pay services.
Payment security is ensured by modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission via closed communication channels. Card data is entered on the bank’s secure authorization page.
To pay, you must enter the card details: number, holder's name, expiration date and three-digit security code. The three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) is the three digits located on the back of the card. If the card supports 3DSecure technology or Internet password for BELKARD cardholders, or Mir Accept for MIR cardholders, you will be redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to enter the security code.
When paying with Apple Pay, select a card from the Wallet app and use a passcode or other authentication method, depending on which method you selected in the app. When placing an order using Samsung Pay, click "Pay with Samsung Pay", enter your Samsung Account and confirm the purchase on your smartphone (using your fingerprint, iris or Samsung Pay PIN).
RETURN
When paying with a bank payment card, cash refunds are not allowed. Settlements with the consumer upon return of the amount of money paid for the goods, upon termination of the contract for the performance of work (provision of services) are carried out in the same form in which payment for the goods, work (services) was made, unless otherwise provided by agreement of the parties. The return procedure is governed by the rules of payment systems.
The procedure for returning goods is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 N90Z “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.
• The consumer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to him;
• The consumer has the right to unilaterally refuse to fulfill the contract for the performance of work (provision of a service), subject to payment to the contractor for the expenses actually incurred by him, unless otherwise provided by law.
• The consumer's request for an exchange or return of a quality product must be satisfied if the product has not been used, its consumer properties are preserved and there is evidence of its purchase from this seller.• The list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return is approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.
To return funds to a bank payment card, you must fill out the “Application for Refund of Funds” and send it to cleverv.world@gmail.com. Refunds will be made to a bank payment card within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt “Application for refund” by the Company. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. To return funds for transactions carried out with errors, you must submit a written application and attach checks/receipts confirming the erroneous write-off.
